2025 First Ridge Fiano: 90 Points, “Pale lemon yellow with a hint of lime. Floral and fragrant, lime curd and jasmine at the fore. The palate replicates the nose, white flowers, lime curd and a hint of ground ginger underneath adding depth. Stays fresh and vibrant with a zip of acidity through the medium length finish.”
2025 First Ridge Uova Bella Fiano Vermentino: 91 Points “Pale straw yellow tones. White flower, apricot skin and cumquat aromatics. Citrus and stone fruit on entry, floral lift carrying through the palate, then a deeper African spice note. Good length and crunchy freshness into the finish. A very appealing wine.”
2023 First Ridge Montepulciano: 93 Points “Deep purple, inky and dark, with a nose of black cherry compote and fruit cake, dusty spice and kicked up autumn leaves. The palate is rich and concentrated, full-bodied, with overt tannin grip and acidity that weaves beneath as a curved spine. Savoury liquorice finish. Layers of complexity, and great with smoked charcuterie.”
